CUMBERLAND, R.I. (WJAR) — Cumberland police said a teacher was arrested after allegedly assaulting multiple students with special needs.
According to police, they received a report of a Blackstone Valley Prep teacher that allegedly slapped two special needs students in the head at the elementary school on Feb. 11.
