A Rochester man with a prior federal conviction is facing a new charge after authorities say he possessed ammunition while on probation.
Federal prosecutors say 22-year-old Legend Davis was arrested and charged with being a felon in possession of ammunition.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of New York, Davis was previously convicted in September 2024 of possessing a postal key and theft of mail. He was sentenced to three years of probation and is legally prohibited from possessing ammunition…
