School Board student protest policy talks continue

SARASOTA — One month after a resolution was passed that punishes student protests on campus, the Sarasota County School Board is codifying the consequences.

While the current policy covers the majority of the proposed dictations, Bridget Ziegler — who pushed the resolution — wants a focus on banning protest and third parties that encourage students to participate.
