The 20th annual Central New York Sportsman Show returns on Saturday, March 14, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Verona Fire Department Event Hall. Admission is $10; children under 10 are free. Proceeds from the show benefit Holy Cross Academy in Oneida.
The family-friendly event will feature more than 45 outdoor businesses and clubs from across CNY, including legendary outdoorsman Jim Massett and the ADK Trackers, as well as New York State outdoor writers and authors signing books.
Check out the display of local game mounts, or attend seminars and demosntrations where experts will give tips on hunting, fishing, beekeeping, and other outdoor topics. Don’t miss Mike West’s gripping account of his showdown with a polar bear (a mount of the bear will also be on display)…
