TOLEDO, Ohio — One of the two men charged with aggravated murder for the fatal shooting of a 70-year-old man in December has pleaded guilty to the charge.
Marcus Vice, 22, entered the plea in in Lucas County court on Tuesday. Other charges he was indicted on following the shooting, including murder, robbery and assault, will be dropped at his sentencing on March 23, according to court records.
