WORCESTER, Mass. – Cleaning up the city’s bus stops ultimately falls on the Worcester Regional Transit Authority who stresses the importance of the safety, accessibility and comfortability of their riders.
The WRTA contracts snow removal services for 26 designated bus shelters and 18 select bus stops, but the list does not account for all stops.
