Two police officers in Vermilion Parish case reviewed and refused, District Attorney says

VERMILION PARISH, LA. (KLFY) — The malfeasance in office charges against an Abbeville police officer and a Kaplan Police officer has been reviewed by the District Attorney’s Office.

District Attorney Donald Landry told KLFY News is office looked into the case involving two police officers. He said the cases have been “reviewed and refused.”

Terrance Hardy, an officer with the Abbeville Police Department, and Shane LeBlanc, an officer with the Kaplan Police Department, were each arrested and charged with malfeasance in office on Feb 19…
