TOWN OF BELOIT, Wis. — The town of Beloit signed a pre-development agreement with a company that could bring a data center to the northeast side of the town.
Town officials, in a statement Wednesday, said they had “engaged in very preliminary discussions” with Cambrin LLC as well as property owners about a potential center.
