Norwalk City Council approves plan to attract data center despite concerns from residents

NORWALK, Iowa — The Norwalk City Council unanimously approved a plan to attract a multi-billion-dollar data center to the city. The plan will develop and annex a 282-acre plot of land to be used by a potential data center developer.

Ahead of the Thursday night meeting, some residents were calling it a big mistake.
