A 79-year-old Oswego woman was hurt after she was hit by a Chrysler minivan Thursday afternoon in the parking lot of the Ulta store in the 2100 block of Route 34. The Oswego Police Department says her injuries are not life-threatening.
Police say the 79-year-old was crossing the access road into the parking lot when she was hit by the minivan as it was turning left. The person who called 911 initially reported that the 79-year-old was unresponsive, but she was conscious by the time first responders arrived.
Police say the driver of the minivan, a 51-year-old Yorkville woman, was not hurt and that there are no signs of reckless driving or impairment. No tickets have been issued…
