BOISE, Idaho — The Idaho Family Policy Center has officially filed suit on behalf of a female student at Boise High School, alleging that both the high school and the district failed to create a safe learning environment by allowing a “biological male” to use the women’s restroom.
The plaintiff is being represented by her parents, and all three people are operating under pseudonyms to “protect their privacy and safety.”
