FRIDAY: Snow continues to spread from northwest to southeast. With strong winds, near-blizzard conditions are expected at times. Local heavy bursts are possible, especially in El Paso County, with more persistent snow over the Palmer Divide and Teller County, also for the southern mountains this evening. Widespread 5-8″ over the Palmer Divide, locally more, dropping totals further south across Colorado Springs. Similar totals over the northern Wets and Sangres, including Rye and Buelah. Temperatures in the 30s and low 40s.

WEEKEND: Sunny with increasing temperatures. Still a bit cool on Saturday, especially in areas with snow on the ground, but 60s and 70s return Sunday!…
