Progress being made on new hotel and food hall in the heart of Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Months after breaking ground, a project along Central Ave. in the heart of Albuquerque is finally showing signs of taking shape. “The site oddly has a lot of slope to it, so one of the significant pieces there was a lot of retaining wall work on the west end of the site,” said Titan Development VP of Development and Asset Management, Matt Lammers.

The project broke ground in August last year, but for those driving by, there hasn’t been much to see at the future site of a new hotel and food hall across from Presbyterian downtown since underground work has taken priority. “So retaining wall, footings, foundation, underground utilities, that’s all been happening to this point,” said Lammers…
