SFPD investigating dine-and-dash aggravated assault

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – Sioux Falls Police are looking for two suspects involved in a dine-and-dash and aggravated assault.

According to SFPD spokesman Aaron Benson, around 3:45 a.m. Thursday, a man and woman at a restaurant near 41st St. and Interstate 29 left without paying their bill.

Smithfield, public discuss relocation

An employee of the business and a customer followed the two out to the parking lot, saw them get into an SUV and drive westbound on 41st St.

As the two were driving away, the employee and customer reported hearing multiple gunshots being fired from the vehicle, and saw the passenger firing a handgun outside the window as they took off northbound on I-29…
