The Reno Planning Commission unanimously approved a tentative map for 147 new townhomes in south Reno on Wednesday, March 4.
The single-family homes, called Crescendo Homes, will be built on roughly 3 acres off Damonte Ranch Parkway, just south of the future Downtown Damonte development. The homes will include four parking spaces per unit and two- to three-bedroom layouts.
