On February 27, 2026, 38-year-old Rigoberto Lezama-Luna, of Springfield, OR, was arrested after attempting to pick up a minor at an undisclosed location in Lincoln City.
Lezama-Luna is accused of sending sexually charged messages through social media to an undercover police officer posing as a minor, according to Lincoln City Police Department (LCPD) Sgt. Erik Anderson.
