BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – The Birmingham Parking Authority announced they are making their first parking rate change in more than 15 years.
According to the parking authority, the adjustments are to better align their parking rates with the current Birmingham parking market and with the markets of comparable cities.
