A 21-year-old man has been apprehended and accused of raping a University of Indianapolis student on campus.
According to police, the investigation began on Jan. 24 when a lady called University of Indianapolis Police, claiming she was intoxicated at a downtown Indianapolis bar and then raped in her dorm room.
According to court documents, she met Marwan Khalaf of Noblesville at the Metro Bar on Massachusetts Avenue before returning to her dorm room, where he raped her twice. When she awoke for the last time, he was gone…
