SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCSC) — A man has been sentenced to 18 years in prison after pleading guilty to second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Cesar Martinez, 27, was sentenced following a guilty plea in connection with a 2024 attack on a woman walking along Berlin G. Myers Parkway.
Shortly after the attack, the woman went straight to work and contacted law enforcement to report the assault.
