Two suspects are under arrest following a construction site burglary in Rancho Mirage, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.Investigators say the burglary occurred on February 24 at a business located off Frank Sinatra Drive, where suspects allegedly broke into a construction storage container and stole electrical and other building materials.Following an investigation by the department’s Robbery and Burglary Suppression Team, authorities identified two suspects connected to the theft. On March 5, deputies carried out coordinated operations in Riverside and Perris, involving multiple sheriff’s units including canine and aviation teams.During the operations, both suspects were taken into custody. Deputies also served search warrants that led to the recovery of the stolen materials.The suspects were booked into the John Benoit Detention Center in Indio on multiple charges, including burglary, grand theft, and possession of stolen property.
