Grand Rapids-based Restaurant Partners Management LLC is bolstering its Traverse City holdings with a deal to acquire Slabtown Burgers from owners Jeff Pownall and Toni Dye.
The deal for Slabtown Burgers closed March 3. The 1,200-square-foot restaurant has been in operation at 826 W. Front St. since 2009, offering a menu of 18 burgers alongside sandwiches, wraps and salads.
