Dutch Bros Coffee, which plans or is exploring at least 13 Northeast Florida locations, received a permit to build at southeast Beach Boulevard and Spring Glen Road, next to where a closed ABC Fine Wine & Spirits was converted into a Dollar Tree.
The city issued a permit March 5 for the $550,000 project for a 986-square-foot drive-thru and walk-up coffee kiosk on 1.05 acres at 5430 Beach Blvd.
