TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG/Gray News) – Authorities in Ohio say a man will serve decades in prison for raping a child, which resulted in the victim’s pregnancy.
Judge Lori Olender sentenced Isaiah Monroe to serve at least 22 years in prison for his conviction on two counts of rape. He is also considered a tier 3 sex offender and will be on the sex offender registry for the rest of his life.
