SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – The Savannah Police Department (SPD) is investigating a shooting that took place on the 100 block of W. Congress Street.
The Savannah Police arrived at the scene at approximately 2:30 a.m. Friday, after receiving reports of a fight. At the scene, officers heard shots being fired and discovered ballistic damage on nearby buildings and a vehicle.
