ST. HELENA ISLAND, S.C. (WTOC/WCSC) – The Morgan and Morgan Law Firm confirmed that three more lawsuits have been filed on behalf of victims of the mass shooting at Willie’s Bar and Grill in St. Helena Island last fall.
This brings the total number of lawsuits against this business to five. Two other suits, seen here and here, have already been filed against Willie’s Bar and Grill over the same incident.
Anferny Freeman was seen entering Willie’s Bar and Grill while armed with a firearm Oct. 11, 2025. The lawsuit accuses Willie’s Bar and Grill of serving Freeman an excessive amount of alcohol.
