CLAY, N.Y. — Tree clearing at White Pine Commerce Park is complete.
The site in the Town of Clay is where Micron will construct its $100 billion semiconductor facility. Micron said the tree clearing was done on time.
Next, Micron said it will move onto the next phase. That is grubbing and leveling the ground and mass excavation.
