(WFRV) – Authorities in Brown County say 50 stops and one arrest were made during the most recent deployment of the Speed Task Force.
According to a release from the Green Bay Police Department, each Speed Task Force Deployment is a multi-jurisdictional, grant-funded effort aiming to reduce dangerous driving behaviors on the roadways.

The following are the results of the deployment of the Speed Task Force on Tuesday, March 3:
- Total stops – 50
- Speeding citations – 30
- Speeding warnings – 7
- Other citations – 30
- Other warnings – 19
- Warrant arrests – 1
Also included in the total stops, other citations, and other warnings were seat belt violations, child restraint violations, registration violations, and equipment violations.
