From sharing a birthday to having secret jokes, the woman who has helped me be who I am today is my sister Ayman Salaar.
On January 21, 2006 around 3:20 a.m., my parents were blessed with a daughter. Two years later at 3:40 a.m., I was born. Throughout the years, Ayman and I would go through everything together.
We would sit together on the bus when we could. If I was being bullied in school she would talk to the teacher about the problem. But most importantly she gives advice. From Sheridan Elementary School in Katy to Coppell High School, we always had our fun times.
