TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department says they have solved a cold case of a murder from 1993.
The case involved Leonard Hancock Jr., 21, who was found on September 10, 1993 dead in a car near North Zion Street and Frankfort Avenue.
Hancock was found sitting in the driver’s seat with three gunshot wounds. Homicide detectives interviewed several people, but didn’t find enough evidence to make an arrest…
