Dallas, Texas – A Tornado Watch remains in effect for 25 counties across North Texas until 10 p.m. CST Friday, placing the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex at risk for tornadoes, wind gusts up to 70 mph, and large hail during the evening commute.

According to the National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Tornado Watch 15 includes Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Grayson, Cooke, Parker, Wise, and surrounding counties as conditions support rotating supercells capable of producing tornadoes and significant wind damage…
