SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — A Spokane Valley mother whose toddler overdosed on fentanyl has been given suspended jail time and credit for time served.
According to the Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, 36-year-old Samantha J. Anderson plead guilty to reckless endangerment on Friday. She was sentenced to 364 days in jail, with 268 days suspended and credit for the 96 days she also served.
