Imanol Caraballo of Allentown pleaded guilty on Tuesday, Jan. 21, to two counts of homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, accidents involving death, and driving under the influence of a controlled substance, according to the Lehigh County District Attorney.
Judge Anna-Kristie M. Marks sentenced him on Thursday, March 5, to 9 to 30 years in state prison, the DA said.
