An off-price retailer will open in the Sarasota Pavilion in mid-March. Nordstrom Rack has set its opening date for Thursday, March 19, at the shopping plaza at the corner of Stickney Point Road and US 41.
The store will occupy 27,000 square feet in a spot that used to house Bed, Bath & Beyond. Nordstrom first announced its plans to locate there in 2024. Other tenants at the Sarasota Pavilion include Marshalls, Publix, Bealls, World Market, Sephora and Ross Dress for Less.
Inside Nordstrom Rack, shoppers will find products priced up to 70% off. The store will carry on-trend apparel, accessories, beauty products, home decor and shoes from many brands also sold in Nordstrom stores.
