CLEVELAND — Chef Michael Symon is preparing to open River Roots Barrel Co. Whiskey Bar and Brewery in Cleveland’s Flats.
A video posted to Symon’s Instagram on Friday gives us a first look at the future location at 1826 Columbus Road. In the clip, Symon walks viewers through the space and shares his vision for the new whiskey bar and brewery.
