Jessica Morphy, a licensed physical therapist, wasn’t among the first to step forward and admit her guilt, or to cooperate in the federal government’s health care fraud case against Hertel & Brown Physical & Aquatic Therapy.
But Morphy, who had been facility director at Hertel & Brown’s Summit Township office, did enter a plea in February of 2025 to a single count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and healthcare fraud.
