KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A shooting in Kalamazoo that wounded two people late Wednesday night is under investigation.
Just after 10:45 p.m., officers from the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety (KDPS) responded to Forest Hills Lane after a caller reported hearing an argument followed by gunshots, and someone yelling that they had been shot.
Officers initially did not locate any victims at the scene, but a short time later, a 24-year-old man was located at a nearby apartment complex by a Michigan State Police trooper. The victim sustained a graze wound to his left calf, KDPS said.
