Owner of Lexington restaurant says community support makes her ‘fight a little harder’ to remain open

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Moody Mike’s Cafe and Food Truck, a plant-based restaurant in Lexington, is asking the community for financial support to avoid permanently closing its doors — and the response so far is giving its owner renewed motivation.

“I think if we disappeared a lot of people would be devastated that they didn’t have this to come to,” Owner Mike Harris said.
