NEW ALBANY, Ind. (WAVE) – Easton Goode, 23, made his first court appearance Friday a little more than 24 hours after being arrested for a double fatal shooting in Greenville, Floyd County.
Goode was taken into custody after allegedly shooting his father and stepfather in a home of Georgetown-Greenville Road early in the morning.
Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Del Philpot requested an extension in filing the probable cause affidavit in the case, and are expected to have that document available to the public by Monday morning…
