West Memphis woman convicted of Medicaid fraud, ordered to pay restitution

WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. (KAIT) – A West Memphis woman has been convicted of a felony Medicaid fraud after submitting claims for in-home personal care services that were not provided.

In a media release by Attorney General Tim Griffin, 40-year-old Kimberly Rios was found guilty of Medicaid fraud, a Class B felony.

She was sentenced to a five-year term of probation, a $500 fine, and court fees and restitution totaling $11,317.25…
