The temperature in Conway had reached 80 degrees, Friday, March 6, before noon. With the sun shining brightly, downtown Conway and its Riverwalk were bustling with pedestrians basking in the glow.
“It’s gorgeous outside. It’s good to be out here today,” said Ann Singleton of Conway. She was pushing her great nephew, Jack, in a stroller.
