Westmoreland, N.Y. – State Police have released the name of a driver who died Thursday when his tractor trailer crashed into the back of another tractor trailer on the state Thruway in Oneida County.
The man killed was Robert G. Wells, 76, of Palmyra, according to Trooper Jennifer Jiron, a spokesperson for State Police.
