San Rafael Courthouse Sting Nabs Man Accused Of Raping Minor

San Rafael police arrested a 21-year-old man at the Marin County courthouse on Wednesday, after investigators say he raped a minor and an unconscious victim, authorities said. The suspect, identified by investigators as Randy Eduardo Flores Deleon, was booked into the Marin County Jail and is being held while prosecutors review whether to file charges. Police have identified Flores Deleon as the suspect in allegations that include rape of a minor and rape of an unconscious victim.
