Firefighters extinguish blaze at Prattville home

PRATTVILLE, Ala. (WSFA) – Firefighters were called to the scene of a house fire Friday afternoon near Prattville High School.

The blaze started at a home on Moses Rose shortly after 1 p.m.

PFD crews initially had to shut down Moses, which had some effects on traffic to and from the high school.

The road has since reopened, however.

The fire department was able to confirm it has been extinguished and that there were no reported injuries.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation…
