A large water main break forced emergency repairs and traffic disruptions in the city of Napa early Friday morning, police said.
Just before 4:30 a.m., the Napa Police Department said in an advisory that crews responded to the break along Soscol Avenue between La Homa Drive and Pueblo Avenue, where emergency workers were on scene trying to repair the damaged line.
