NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Police have identified the 69-year-old woman who died after she was struck by a car in North Providence on Wednesday.
Police Chief Alfredo Ruggiero said Susan Biggins got out of her car and fell on Garfield Street near Mineral Spring Avenue.
“It just appears that she lost her footing and the operator of the vehicle, who was not speeding from any indication looking at the videos, just did not see her,” Ruggiero said…
