LUBBOCK, Texas — The City of Lubbock announced David Bragg as the Division Director of Public Works. He has served as the interim director since August 2025.
The City stated the Division Director of Public Works oversees the operations of Streets, Traffic, Solid Waste and Pipeline Maintenance.
