ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – In this week’s edition of Sampling the Stateline, WIFR’s Alyssa Kelly visits Tavern on Clark in Rockford.
Owners of the spot, located just off the I-90 and Business 20 junction, say they wanted to bring back the look and feel of a classic neighborhood tavern, creating a one-of-a-kind experience in Rockford.
On its website, the tavern says it was voted the #1 steakhouse and #1 pub in the Rockford area on Tripadvisor.
Menu offerings include steak, chicken and seafood, as well as burgers and signature drink options.
