ARLINGTON, Va. (7News) — A Maryland man accused of assault and battery on a Metro train was released on bail after being arrested by Metro Transit Police, according to court records.
Reports were made against Bryan Betancur, 28, acting inappropriately toward Metro customers, according to police.
