WAUPACA (WLUK) – An alleged drunk driver who led police on a high-speed chase pleaded not guilty Friday.
Kyle Eith, 38, also waived a preliminary hearing on seven counts, including fourth offense operating while intoxicated, for the Jan. 19 incident. A next court date wasn’t immediately posted in online court records.
