ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The federal fraud case against a former New Mexico state lawmaker is getting delayed again. Former Rep. Sheryl Williams Stapleton is accused of swindling millions from Albuquerque Public Schools, funneling the money through the district to a robotics company owned by a friend, Joseph Johnson.
